Newstar Building

One of our new project was to develop a highly modern look building with the ability to attract high value tenants. This building comprises of 6 office spaces on the top floor while the bottom two floors are been used for showroom purposes.

For the facade, we have used white commercial framing with 13.4mm cyclone rated glass. Also we have chosen a combination of silver and blue alucabond panels complemented by red sun louvers.

For the interior we have chosen aluminium ceiling with built in led lights and floor to ceiling glass office partitions. With this in mind, we were able to achieve a professional yet classic industrial look.
